Council Europe the Visa

Council Europe the Visa is made up of 19 members that are chosen or designated by organizations member the financial Europe Visa. All comprise of the advice of their respective organizations.

The Council also includes two executive Visa directors who represent the direction of the company and a vice-president of the independent advice.

Each member financial organization has a concrete proportion rights of vote determined by the level of rates that pay to Europe Visa.

The main partners, who represent a quota of 5% of the rates, can designate to a person to comprise of the Council. All the European financial organizations choose democratically to the rest of members of the advice.

Responsibilities of the Council

Council Europe the Visa, that meets six times to the year, has authority stops:

To establish the strategic axis of the business
To accept modifications in estatus of association of the European partners
To establish and to amend the regional operative Norm
To modify the commissions on watch applicable to the volume of sales within Europe Visa
To approve the cost of bottoms of the company to the benefit of the program of the region

Each Adviser is forced to fulfill a strict code of conduct. The Executive Directors also are tie to the Code of Conduct of the Visa employees.

List of members of the Council

Besides Council Europe the Visa, several Advisers Delegated for the Executive Committee, the Committee of audit, risk and finances designate themselves and the Committee of compensation. Each Committee is presided over by a member of the Council without executive position. President the Visa represents it to Europe in all the Committees. The Director of Resources Human Europe Visa also designates itself for the Committee of Compensation.
