The acceptance in commerce is the factor more valued by the company card users

In agreement with a survey recently realized by Europe Visa, the company cards enjoy good acceptance between the employees or owners of the Spanish SMEs. 31% of the interviewed people have a card of payment for companies, and between those who do not have it, 57% assure that it would like to tell on one of these cards. The type of card of more common company is the Classic one (54%), followed by the Business (28%) and the Corporate (9%). Between the Spanish SMEs, Visa is the mark leader. In this sense, 75% of the interviewed people declare that its card of company is Visa.

According to this same study, the aspect more evaluated (45%) of a card of payments of company between the employees or owners of SMEs that realize meals or business trips, is that it is accepted in many establishments. 24% value more than this type of cards has discounts in hotels and other points of sale, whereas 16% appreciate the fact that they present/display a clear extract to end of month.

As far as the management of these cards, 90% of them are domiciled in the account of the company, and the payments of the same usually are realized between day 1 and 10 of every month (62%). In the majority of the companies interviewed, the decision to emit a company card mainly the taking the chief of a main directorate (45%) or the financial director (30%), and the average limit of credit that settles down for these cards is of 3.250€.

74% of the employees or owners of SMEs assure that, in some occasion, the expenses of their company with a personal card have paid. The SMEs usually reimburse these expenses to their workers when to present/display the vouchers (58%). With less frequency, these employees pay with their own money in cash and must wait for a little more time to be reimbursed. The return of this money usually is carried out as an entrance in list (16%) or realizing the installment one week after presenting/displaying the expenses (11%). Only one of each five SMEs (20%), counts on an electronic system of pursuit of expenses of trip (“travel expenses management tool�).

75% of the employees who have realized a food or a trip of company abroad declare to have passed one or more nights during the last year by needs of work. In particular, these employees have slept an average of 10 nights abroad during the same period by this reason. More than half (55%) of this group he has realized some domestic flight during the last year, with an average of 3.3 registered flights. Profile of the employees of SMEs
